Charlene A. Ingerman, 76, of Connersville, died Friday, July 30, 2010 at Caroleton Manor.

Charlene was born February 26, 1934 to Clifford and Hilda M. Kohlem Weisbrod in Richmond. She graduated from Richmond High School in 1952 and married James L. Ingerman on May 14, 1955. Her greatest joys were being a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

Charlene is survived by her three daughters: Joy Ingerman, Jolene McCoskey and her husband Mark all of Connersville; Lori Ingerman of Cincinnati, Ohio; a sister and brother-in-law, Patty and Keith Rankin of Boston, Indiana; and a grandson, Matthew Day of Bloomington.

Preceding her in death are her parents, husband, and two sisters, Ruth Weisbrod and Jean Cox.

Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted on Tuesday, August 3, at St. Andrews Catholic Church in Richmond, located at 235 South 5th St, at 11:00 am with Reverend John H. Luerman officiating. Interment will follow in St. Andrews Cemetery. Friends may visit at Showalter Blackwell Long Funeral Home, Myers Chapel, Connersville on Monday from 5:00 until 8:00 pm and at St. Andrews Catholic Church in Richmond from 10:00 am until Mass. Memorial contributions may be made to the Parkinson Awareness Association of Central Indiana or to the charity of the donor’s choice at the funeral home.
