Marta L. Neal, 73, of West Milton, Ohio died Saturday, February 27, 2021 at Upper Valley Medical Center. Marta was born to Frieda J. Cox on August 17, 1947 in Randolph County. She was employed as an assembly line worker at the former Geise Manufacturing LLC. Marta married Kenneth A. Neal on August 8, 1971 in Eaton, Ohio. She enjoyed crocheting afghans with love for her friends and family. Marta loved taking care of her many canine companions and her double yellow headed parrot. Marta is survived by her son: James M. Neal and his wife Patti of West Milton, Ohio; brothers: Robert E. Right, John W. Bright, Michael J. Bright; sister: Gayle J. Mossip; grandsons: Wade Neal, Christopher Hepfer; great-grandchildren: Samantha Hepfer, David Hepfer, and Lydia Neal; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Marta is preceded in death by her loving husband, Kenneth who died on July 6, 2003. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Friday, March 5, 2021 at Showalter Blackwell Long, Myers Chapel, Connersville. A graveside service will be conducted at Dale Cemetery, section J, following visitation with Rick Shepard officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the ASPCA 520 Eight Avenue, New York, New York 10018-4195. Due to CDC guidelines face masks are required and social distancing will be maintained
